Billing policies
• Payment for office visits and diagnostic tests is expected at the time of service.
• Payment of co-pay, co-insurance and deductible is expected at the time of service; full payment is expected if there is no insurance coverage.
• Primary insurance claims are filed electronically every day, provided insurance information has been supplied. Second and third insurance claims are filed on paper when the primary has responded.
