Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor

Sally is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.  She understands that nutrition plays a leading role in health and wellness, and that optimizing nutrition is the key to avoiding disease, ranging from heart disease to diabetes to cancer.  With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and a Master's Degree in Medical Nutrition, she is very knowledgeable in nutrition therapy for diabetes, glucose intolerance, high cholesterol, hypertension, heart disease prevention, gastrointestinal disorders, and food allergies.
 

For individuals needing help with weight management, Sally provides individualized counseling and follow-up on nutrition and lifestyle factors that influence weight, health, and wellness.  Meet with Sally to discuss basic healthy eating, nutrition for healthy pregnancy, sports nutrition, or any nutritional challenge.
